How To Book Your Ceremony Travel Grad Trip
The moment we’ve all been waiting for… Ceremony Travel is finally open. In this post we will show you exactly how to Book Your Ceremony Travel Grad Trip for 2021 – Lets’ gooooooo!
To make it even easier for our Travelers, we’re here to provide you with a step-by-step in depth guide on how exactly to secure your spot for the trip of a lifetime!
Book Your Ceremony Travel Grad Trip: Step 1
Visit ceremony.com
Step 2
Click “Book Now” in the top right corner and enter the 5-7 digit RSVP code provided by your school’s Group Leader. This is where you’ll find all essential information including hotel details, an introduction to your Ceremony Travel Guides, insurance options and pricing, and all the Ceremony Exclusive aspects of your trip.
But, what if I don’t have an RSVP code to book my Ceremony Travel trip?
Your school’s Group Leader is your #1 go-to for all information about the trip, so ask them first!
If they are not available at the time, you can also contact our Help Desk at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you out as always!

Booking your Ceremony Travel Trip: Step 3
Here is where you begin entering your own personal information, sign up for our insurance, and secure your spot with payment!
Traveler Information: Here, you’ll enter all of the necessary Personal Info and Emergency Contact Info.
If you’re under 17, your parent/guardian’s info must be listed as well, so we can confirm they have given permission. All precautionary measures, better safe than sorry!
Rooming: Travellers usually plan to room with friends, so decide prior to booking who you’d like to room with, then select either Single, Double, or Triple room occupancy! Once your trip is booked, you’ll log in to your online profile to submit a rooming request.
If you have a preference, we can place you and you’ll make some new friends!
**Note: It is up to YOU to sign up for the right occupancy. If there are spots available in a room, we may assign roommates of the same gender. Additionally, if roommates are not available your occupancy may change which may result in additional charges which will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Insurance
Standard medical insurance is obviously included in all of our trips, but we highly suggest adding one of the extra insurance options! The Comprehensive or Deluxe packages are sufficient but we recommend the Premium insurance to everyone.
Payments
Option 1: Pay in full upon booking!
Option 2: Pay the initial deposit (plus Extra insurance cost if purchased), then each month the same amount as your deposit will be due and the remaining balance on the balance date
